On a quiet Norfolk farm during the Second World War, Land Girls Maisie and Betty have built a tender, unexpected love amid the long days of labour and the chaos of war alongside their ditsy friend Dotty. Their sanctuary is shaken when Maisie begins seeing the ghost of Tommy, her fiancé and best friend; missing in action. As the haunting grows stronger, Maisie is torn between the life and love she’s finally found with Betty and the lingering pull of a past she can’t seem to escape. With tensions rising on the farm, Maisie must confront what war leaves behind: loyalty and what her heart truly wants.
