Underwater photoshoot terms and conditions.

The terms and conditions of the underwater photoshoot

  • You must be able to get to the location in Norwich, UK. I’m happy to pick you up from the local train station, just specify via email or telephone

  • Models under the age of 18 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED by a parent of guardian.

  • Shoots must be booked within 3 weeks of purchase time unless previously discussed

  • Clothing can be provided up to a certain size (generally a UK size 12)

  • 2 hours is the maximum

  • There will be NO life guard

  • If you’re a weak swimmer we will stay in the shallow end, period

  • If you cancel within two weeks of the photoshoot you will receive a 50% refund

  • If you cancel under 2 weeks no refund will be given. (Due to the unique nature of these shoots, pool hire and insurance will not refund me within that time frame and due to the time being hired specifically for your needs it’s hard to then fill that specific slot.)

  • If you’ve had an emergency and wish to re-schedule, that is fine but I will charge extra for the pool hire fee. There is a 2 strike policy, if you cancel/rearrange twice you will not be given a refund and I have every right to not re-book. (In extreme circumstances this will vary)

  • Feel free to bring someone with you but you must express whether you want said person in the photoshoot or not before hand, NOT on the day.

  • If you’re a brand having images of their clothing taken you will be expected to provide the model unless previously discussed with me.

  • If you’re looking to have a video done, please contact me before purchasing this as the editing time is a lot more work so the price will vary.

  • I do not control the sun unfortunately, so results vary through the autumnal and winter months especially.
